Who we are
A Vienna-based, non-profit and non-political association, founded in 1999.
The Austrian-Ethiopian Society is dedicated to strengthening understanding, cooperation and friendship between Austria and Ethiopia. Since its establishment in 1999, the Society has promoted dialogue and exchange in cultural, educational, social, economic and humanitarian fields.
Through lectures, cultural events, publications, networking activities and development-cooperation projects, we bring together individuals, institutions and organizations from both countries.
